When can I expect my tax bill?

All property owners and businesses will receive their Interim Tax Bill on April 30th based on the current year, and the Final Tax Bill will be issued August 31st of the current year. The Interim Tax Bill is based on 50% of the Assessed Taxed Value. Changes will not be reflected until the Final Tax bill in August.
