Equipment provided (feel free to bring your sense of humour and your aches and pains) No experience necessary. (Yogis of all levels and all ages are welcome)This gentle form of yoga is wonderful for anyone but especially helpful for senior adults, those recovering from any type of injury or illness, for those who have been less active or just because you want to do some yoga. Clean and dry paper products, as well as textiles, are to be placed in separate blue or clear bags from clean plastic/container recyclables. Plastics showing the recycling symbol and the numbers 1-7 are acceptable. Styrofoam is now recyclable in the bag with your plastics and containers! Remember: NO needles or caps!
